Terms & Conditions of Sale on Open Account

• Terms are Net 15 days.

• Statements are sent monthly on all unpaid accounts. 

• Payments on statement or invoice can be made in US funds by check, money order, wire transfer or major credit card.

• Automatic payments can be applied to your credit card.  To sign up for AutoPay, call us at (800) 521-5257.

• To establish an open account, please complete credit application and fax or call (800) 521-5257.

Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped same day depending on time of day order is placed.

• Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice.

• Special Order items may take up to two weeks for delivery.

• COD shipments are also available.

Return Goods Policy

All returned merchandise is subject to the following terms:

• All returns REQUIRE a Return Authorization.

• No merchandise is acceptable for return without original packaging, package insert, and product is in resalable condition.

• Prior authorization is required for all returns.

• All merchandise must be returned for replacement or credit within 30 days.

• A re-stocking fee may apply if product is not returned within 30 days.

• Special order items, film and other sensitized products, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

• Items returned must be unopened and in their original packaging.

• Expired pharmaceuticals may be exchanged for fresh-dated product within 3 months after expiration date.

• A copy of your invoice must be include with your returned product and include your RMA #.   Also notate the RMA# on the box
